Despite organisations investing heavily in security awareness programmes, employees are making more security mistakes than ever, all of which can result in devastating security breaches.
State of- the-art security tools inevitably work in silos, missing these risks due to lack of human and organisational context. At CultureAI, we’re taking a new approach.
We’re utilising AI to deeply understand human behaviour so we can detect risks and threats affecting employees across the human perimeter in real-time, and intervene to mitigate them as they arise.
We think of it as building a protective bubble around employees. Our mission is that employees can be security ‘unaware’ but remain secure through innovative human risk management.

founder journey
Meet James Moore, an ethical hacker with 12+ years in offensive and defensive cyber security.
After witnessing how easily human errors can be exploited, he was driven by a passion to help organisations defend against these threats.
So in 2018, James founded CultureAI.
Our mission? To empower security teams by providing clear insights into their most significant risks and fixing them automatically while leveraging real-time teachable moments for employees.
